Terms and Conditions: In purchasing a Party or Activity Box Package for Home or Vacation/After School Care from Built By Kidz Activities, you (the Customer) acknowledge and agree that:
1: You are aware that participation in the Party or Activity Box Package comes with some level of risk and may result in injury due to the use of building tools and materials including but not limited to, hammers and nails; As parents or vacation centre staff, this is a supervised workshop, party or vacation care session. Not suitable for under 5 years. Parents or carers are responsible for children, and they are to be supervised from age 5 to 12 years of age. Take care when using the hammer and nails. Keep out of reach of infants and toddlers.
2: You are responsible for the behaviour of all persons (child or adult) participating in the Party or Activity Box Package for Home or Vacation/After School Care.
3: Either you or another adult will be present for the duration of the Party or Activity Box Package session and will be responsible for the supervision of all children; and
4: Built By Kidz Activities will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or claim suffered or incurred by you or any other persons (child or adult) participating in the Party or Activity Box Package session.
5: Built By Kidz Activities takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. Built By Kidz Activities workshops are recommended for ages five (5) years and up. Built By Kidz Activities reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
6: This activity is designed to be a fun, engaging woodworking experience, and is very safe when supervised. We are an Australian family business, that has been safely operating since 2014. All our woodwork is made in Australia. Built By Kidz Parties is trademarked in Australia.
